Formula 303 – Natural Relaxant

Formula 303 is a natural relief for muscle spasm, leg cramps, tension, stress, insomnia, back spasm, TMJ, menstrual cramps and more. Formula 303 is a homeopathic formula containing 6 parts valerian root, 3 parts passiflora (passion flower) and 1 part magnesium carbonate.

My husband and I have used Formula 303 for years to find relief from muscle tension, trouble sleeping, menstrual cramps and various other tension issues. I think of it as a reset button for when I get wound up WAY too tight. I call them my “botanical muscle relaxers.” My best friend calls them “witch farts” due to the heavenly herby earthy aroma.

Directions: Adults & children 12 years of age and older,take as directed by your doctor. Muscle spasm: As a muscle relaxant for muscle spasm, take two formula 303 tablets every three hours until relief is obtained. Then, two tablets with each meal and two at bedtime. Tension, Stress/Anxiety: As a natural relaxant, take two tablets of formula 303 with each meal and two tablets of our natural relaxer formula 303 at bedtime. Many people find that formula 303 helps them sleep when they take it approximately 45 minutes before bedtime. If you continue to have trouble sleeping even after taking formula 303 for several days, you should probably seek the advise of your family physician to determine if there is an underlying cause other than simple stress or tension.
